i am 37 years old.64 kilos.i have been walking 10 miles a day last 2 weeks.i am eating really healty food.like?
like chicken,grill vegetables,brown rice with Chicken Soup.lots of vegetables ,salads.nuts .and every day i dunk skimmied milk vanilla latte.
i would like to be 48 kilos in a 3 months,do you think is it possible?
i dont like doing weight tranining.i only like very heavy walking and cross traning.i dont want to lose my mussles.i want to look like very fit.
is it possible ,if i just heavy walking 10 miles every day.
