Chicken Dishes For Dinner
Chicken breast dinner for four that’s easy for a teen to prepare?
Alright, my parents have decided it’s my turn to make something for them and my little brother for dinner and there are chicken breasts in the fridge. I need to figure out what to make 
I can probably come up with two good side dishes myself, but if a certain side goes well with whatever you suggest then it would be helpful to tell me I was thinking rice and a green vegetable?
Apple Butter Chicken is always a hit at my house. All you need is:
Chicken Breasts
Bottle of Apple Butter
5 or 6 Apples of any kind
1 stick of butter cut into thin slices
Boil chicken in a pot of boiling water for about 10 minutes. While chicken is boiling you will need to cut apples in to eights then cut those pieces in half to help soften during cooking. Then put chicken and apple pieces in a casserole dish or whatever you have available. Place half of butter slices over chicken and apples. Then pour apple butter over chicken and apples and then place the rest of butter slices over apple butter put in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. We usually make mashed potatoes and use the apple butter sauce as gravy. Green beans or corn go nicely also. Hope this helps.
